Gina Rose is an independent personal trainer, yoga teacher, & creative artist (writing, photography, modeling, film).

Gina is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds specializations in Fitness Nutrition, Group Fitness, and TRX Suspension Training. She’s completing her 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher training through a Yoga Alliance certified program.

Academically, Gina studied Business Management, Corporate Communications, and (Photo)Journalism.

She pursued her early professional writing skills with the Russell Street Report and Fitt Baltimore, and currently writes and performs poetry. She also completed her first feature-length script/screenplay, “BELLA”. Leveraging her passion for creative direction and film, Gina also finds joy behind the camera capturing still photography, and has also assisted with low and high budget indie films as background and other crew.

Gina has worked for pioneer fitness, wellness, and sports brands in various capacities (training, management, marketing and sales, & more), including at Under Armour and Under Armour Performance Centers, several studios, clubs, and gyms, CBS Radio 105.7 The Fan, and the National Football League’s Baltimore Ravens.

Gina received the Living Classrooms Foundation’s Rising Star award, presented by the Baltimore Business Journal, for her philanthropic efforts, and was labeled “the future of fitness” in a national feature by Oxygen Magazine.

As a model, Gina has worked on several runway, fashion, and print projects with brands including Under Armour, Puma (DTLR), Baltimore Bride Magazine, Francesca’s Bridal, Modern Trousseau, Ruth Shaw (designer Barbara Bui), and Katwalk Boutique (designer Franchón Crews-Dezurn). She also walked in a show hosted by renowned fashion designer, Christian Siriano, at the Maryland Historical Society.

Gina also produced and hosted a one-season podcast, Why Wellness with Gina Rose, CPT, which highlighted her journey into the fitness industry and answered the buzzword wellness question, “Whats Your Why?” The podcast explores personal, inspiring, and relatable stories told by health, fitness, and business professionals.
